Judo for Juniors
Activity Details
Regular Judo Class for Juniors (aged between 5 years old and 16 years old).
All welcome, 1st lesson Free! Please either contact Tony (details below) or simply turn up at the Dojo (training room).
Please make the coach aware if you have any special needs or health problems.
All coaches British Judo Association Qualified (Level 1 or Level 2). All coaches have passed police DBS check and basic first aid course.

Information
Age Range: 5 - 16 years
Clothing & Footwear: Please bring with you sandals, and wear loose clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a tshirt. We will provide a spare Judo Suit jacket for you to try Judo out.
Please bring a bottle of water with you, as it is important during any exercise to keep yourself hydrated, especially for children!

The Jersey Judo Club can be found at The Aikido Dojo on the way to the Gym.
Just look for the room with a sign above the door that says "Phoenix Way Centre for Therapeutic Arts" above the door.
Following the door, there are also two windows (sometimes illuminated), the second having a large poster of two Judo fighters with one throwing the other.
If you find yourself in the gym or even the squash courts near the gym, you have gone too far.
